Mid June this year I started a commitment to work out every day and I did really well. Other than getting sick for a week, and the weekends I have been to the gym so much the trainers all know me. So that has been great, but I still wasn't losing weight. I started eating healthier, I stopped taking Clomid and still I weighed in at 150.5 yesterday.
This weekend I was watching some really interesting Documentaries on Netflix. "Food Matters" and "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead." By the end of the weekend I wanted to make a big change. I have also read materials from "Raw Divas" and "Green Smoothie Girl" and one suggestion is a 21 day Green Smootie Detox. I actually have the whole program from my Aunt Lori and I decided to get serious. If I can make the whole 21 days I get the Blentec total blender I really want. I need to be commited and do something all out because I have been pretty healthy lately with no results. I think I still just eat too much of healthy things. I also have serious emotional dependence on food and I am highly addicted to sugar. Eating nothing but Green Smoothies solves all of those problems. So, wish me luck because this in going to be really difficult. I will keep you posted on my results. I figure my blog is a good way to hold myself accountable. Even if it's only to myself.
